Frisky business will be extremely quiet on the subject of ghosts...and absolutely seeing one. The small bean is going to be experiencing a haunting from two people, potentially; the first being their adoptive mother, Toriel, and the second being a secret. :)

Once the 26th comes around, Frisk will be erring between overjoyed and cautious, and the closer it gets to the 29th and people figuring out what's happening, the more likely that they won't be able to be found at all. Frisk will absolutely be dying this event, so uh...yeah. You know, have fun with that.
