Lance, come let Tatara help out. He has no idea what else to do, since he's a pacifist. He's more than happy to help you relocate and defend patients, though. Although, the best his ability will let him do is cauterize wounds or else cast an illusion in flame as an attempt to distract the enemy. But unless someone tells him to get out to spare him, he'll stick around to do his best.
