Kid Brennan will be 12 and will be a little bit less awkward (because kids are allowed to be awkward, right???) and perhaps slightly less nerdy. She'll be Very Curious, especially about nonhumans, and might go hunt monsters oh my god somebody stop her from leaving the city. She'll be a lot more hopeful, too, because all her trauma doesn't start til she's a few weeks shy of 16. \o/
