En route to your destination, just as you begin to see the spires of the city on the horizon, something begins glinting at you in the distance. If you decide to draw closer and investigate, you find the remains of some kind of battle. There are scattered Null corpses spread over the ground, with various machinery and fragmented steel rusting and half-buried in the sand.

The only bodies on the battlefield are mechanical, but if you pick through the graveyard of sorts you'll begin to feel a massive rush of emotion: you'll feel like breaking down into tears one moment, and then like you're the happiest person on earth the next. You could feel a rush of paranoia and fear, followed by the most at peace you've ever felt in your life, all within a few footsteps. This sensation dissipates upon leaving the area of the battlefield.
