Event OOC: Kiss me Kill me

THE RUNDOWN

Hopefully, you haven't forgotten about Rage when you elected to have Delight thrown in prison for the rest of her days- because Rage hasn't forgotten about you, nor has she forgotten exactly how Delight broke her heart. Of course, rather than express her sadness and pain in healthy ways, she's just going to make you be cruel to the ones you love too and see how you like it!

On February 17th, everyone will wake up to feel the cold embrace of rage unfurling in their heart alongside any sort of affection they may feel. This emotion doesn't replace the love that they may have for their friends or significant others, but it does darken it to something far more sinister. For a week, you will experience that dichotomy of love and anger, which can manifest itself into possessiveness, bloodlust, obsession, or similar emotions!

This event will cause all those affected (which will be city-wide) to experience varying levels of this sinister sort of love. While you may not have to go as far as locking your significant other in a closet or poisoning their food so that you can tend lovingly to their illness, there are still those feelings of desperate desire that have to manifest themselves in some way...

THE DETAILS

The Yandere event will affect everyone in the city, though everyone does not have to be affected at the very worst levels of it. The feelings of obsession and possessiveness are hallmarks of the event and can be applied toward significant others, animals, close friends- even objects that you may be endeared to. For those of you who love/like nothing at all- first of all, don't cut yourself on that edge, and secondly, the possessive feelings will be applied to whatever you may have the strongest emotional connection to, even if that thing is like, a really cool sword or something.

Characters may feel this way about multiple people at once, or they may only have one target of their sinister affection and treat everyone else in the world totally normally. The sky is the limit with how far you want to take this, whether you just want to spend an unhealthy amount of time with that person, or if you decide to stab them a couple of times so that nobody else gets to be near them. Two characters can feel this tainted love toward one another, or one person could be a victim while also dealing with their own obsessions with someone else entirely. It's up to you!

This event will end on February 24th, at which point everything will fade back to normal.
