Kara here with her third and probably final character, Kelson Haldane, another character from books no one has ever heard of XD. He's from Katherine Kurtz's Deryni books.
Kelson is an 18 year old king who is only partially trained in his own magical abilities and has had to kill more people than he'd ever want. But that kind of comes with the job.
He's young, sweet, but kind of shy and whiny--but honestly, after your father gets assassinated, multiple kingdoms try and usurp your crown, your own cousin tries to kill you and your fiancee rejects you, well, he's probably entitled to a little whine and self pity.
He's got magical permissions here for anyone who wants to fill them out, since he also has a tendency to try and control people like barbie dolls. So polite. Go teach him, poor boy doesn't know any better.
