I can't speak for the rest either, but it sounds like there are already a ton of people on this ship and it may not have been the mods' intentions for so many people to all pile in together, unless I'm misinterpreting things. Individually I don't mind but maybe it meshes better with what they wanted for this event if she's found by someone else who is on one of the god-provided boats?
