Event OOC: Fear and Love

THE RUNDOWN

All the gods know they need power. They've got to be in top condition - or as close as possible - before the Null arrive to potentially kill everyone. Fear and Love are up now and hitting you with both their feelings at once, so prepare to be really, really conflicted.

Do you love anyone in this city? Maybe you just have a mild crush? Well, whatever it is, it's flaring up in full form, so you should confess to them- or if they know already, you should make sure they know with whatever over-the-top gesture you can throw at them. Or maybe you can't tell them because you're too scared...

Speaking of fear, what if something happens to them? What if they get hurt in the coming war- what are you going to do about that? Maybe you should keep them safe, through whatever means necessary, even if they hate you for it... hey, that's better than them dying, right?

THE DETAILS

For this event, characters will whiplash between fear and love as their primary emotions, usually with the two of them conflicting. Are they afraid to tell someone how they feel? Or are they afraid that their special someone will get hurt? Either way, and however you choose to twist it, this event is hitting everyone who opts-into it.

The game is starting to wind down, so maybe this would be a good time to have your character confess their attraction to someone else- or just tie themselves up into knots with worry over their well-being. This is the two emotions mixing in their most basic form, but also... well, they go together so well, maybe you won't even notice a difference!
