Heya folks, I'm Fade. Brand new here, but you can blame Suz for introducing me to the madness. Anyhoo, I bring Maketh Tua with me from Star Wars: Rebels. She's a former Imperial minister, was really gung-ho about the whole totalitarian government thing due to a combination of hopeless optimism and selective obliviousness, recently had a rather unpleasant encounter with reality via lightsaber executions, and attempted to change sides. It didn't go too well. She's dead in canon. No so much here! But she's had quite the shock to the system and doesn't quite know where she stands anymore.

None of this will stop her from yelling at people. I warn you. Especially people who could probably kill her really easily. Did I mention she has a history of screaming at sith lords?

Maketh also has this suicidal fearlessness going on when it comes to combat. See: all the times she got stuck in firefights with no weapon or body armor. So that'll be interesting.

I'm really excited to be here! Maketh will be attempting to whip something like a government/system of survival into shape fairly soon. Feel free to help or hinder her as your characters will. I'm not on plurk, but you can reach me at WhiteEyesFade on IM.

Though she may enlist/attempt to bribe Lilith into helping with community defenses. She's a little horrified that nothing's been put in place yet >.> So that'll be interesting.

Also, later in canon, Lil becomes as upstanding a citizen as you can get in a FPS game: she and her little group of bounty hunters form an alliance to take down the big bad. Totally up for bolstering the safety of all Hadriel-ites, particularly if she can get something good out of it. B)

Ooh, fun. Maketh will attempt to bribe her with....whatever she scrounges up to use as bribes. Probably alcohol. Orrr just attempt to appeal to Lilith's better nature. Which may or may not work, but will probably be hilarious either way.

I've not seen Rebels, but Maketh seems like a very interesting character. I look forward to seeing her in action and I'll definitely tag her :)

Hey! That makes me very happy to hear that. Rebels was one of those shows i didn't expect to like as much as I did. I'm looking forward to seeing what she and Henry get up to. Maketh likes him, so I have a feeling she'll be bothering him for help with security and what not, or as a bodyguard because she's rather squishy, all things considered.

Perfect! He really benefits from having a goal to focus on, especially under orders that temper the worst of his flaws and make use of his martial talent. Considering the nature of them, he'll respect her ambitions.

I think they'll work well together. Maketh's good at big picture thinking and knows how to deal with hot-tempered soldiers. Sadly she lacks the brute force to back up her plans here. She'll be quick to make friends who can help with that, though.

Hi there, Fade! Welcome to the game. I think we're all excited to get some new faces around here.

I haven't seen Star Wars Rebels (though I'm slooooowly making my way through Clone Wars), but Maketh sounds like an interesting character and so I'm curious to see how she handles Hadriel! I play Kazuhira Miller from the Metal Gear Solid series here. He co-led a private army back home, so he's also got the idea of trying to organize people in his head, but governments are not his favorite thing... so they'd probably have some interesting interactions!

Anyway, I hope you enjoy your time here. C:

Heya! Glad to hear it.

It's...fairly similar to Clone Wars, actually. You even see some of the same characters. I haven't played Metal Gear, but I'm excited to see how Maketh and Kaz get along. I'm fairly certain she'll want to collaborate with him on the whole organizational thing, but then again....yep, she's a bureaucrat. With a temper. Though it might help that she went to a military academy and understands how that mentality works? The imperial academy system is....weird like that.

Understanding how military stuff works would be a point in her favor! The bureaucrat thing, not so much. Kaz has a temper too, though, so he can't judge too much on that point. We'll just have to see how they end up getting along, but it should be fun no matter what happens!

Yeah, the line between civilian and military in the Empire is really blurry, since they apparently get a lot of the same training/education. I have headcanons about this ^^ but yeah, it'll be interesting no matter how it turns out. Especially with the windigo event coming up.
