Hi guys! My name is Jem and I'm brand spankin' new to Hadriel. This lady is named Fiona, a con artist from Pandora which is one part Mad Max and one part clusterfuck. She's use to grifting, keeping her guard up and protecting her close friends - but she's not a completely heartless murderer. Fiona's coming from the end of the game so this is going to be quite the surprise for her. This place sure looks pretty lame for a vault... no riches, etc etc.

I have a dumb unfilled out permissions post but I also have a thievery sign up if you want Fiona to steal something from your character eventually to move plot or create conflict. I'm flexible with the reasonings!
