As long as he's affected by the Dreamwalker event, Peter would be blocked from his normal prophetic dreams due to the god influences. However, if he's not affected (or after the event takes place) he's free to dream about the future!

In his dream, Peter will see several wisps of smoke- one pink, one blue, one orange. The wisps will tangle in on themselves, tying into knots in places, evening out in places. While the smoke is fighting (or is it working together?) he may hear the distant sound of a large bell tolling. Creepy!
