Ushahin's monster looks like a tall, lean, raven-headed man with very bright, reflective mirrors where his eyes should be. Should a character look into the eyes, they will see themselves reflected, but parts of them shall be...wrong. Missing limbs, blood on their hands, distorted features. The longer they stare, the more their reflections will change. Stand for too long and he will try to grab them and then stab them with talon-like fingers.
Ushahin himself, well, he's fascinated by nightmares and the like, so he's going to be spending as much time outside soaking in the atmosphere until a monster tries to attack him. Even then, it's probably better if someone drags his crazy ass into the nearest temple before he gets into deep trouble.
