awwwww yes this is gonna be a cluster. newt and harlan will both be visiting other people's dreams, but i think for my own sanity i will mostly be tagging out with newt? harlan has some big and serious dreams happening so he'll be mostly... dealing with those LOL and newt will be free to roam.

sorrow - (cw: animal abuse/death) harlan used to trap and kill garden pests when he was a kid, sooo he's gonna dream about killing a rabbit. :( as a kiddo. while having a sad. get hype sorrow you are about to get some primo emotion food from hh.
tranquility - another kid dream! harlan used to sneak downstairs at night to watch star trek reruns. this dream will come with potential child abuse cws since his mom... probably won't show up but her presence is Looming in the shadows. BUT it can also just be watching star trek with smol!hh.
confusion - (cw: self harm, torture, murder, blood, just generally a lot of bad news...) this dream will prob be closed to close cr? if anyone really wants to get in on it i'm totally down to open that gate, but i'd prefer to plot it out a lil beforehand since it's Heavy. harlan is gonna dream about his ex convincing him to torture a girl that his ex had kidnapped. he did participate for a bit, but then freaked out and locked himself in the bathroom until his ex eventually killed the girl. none of the violence will happen onscreen; the dream is just hh locked in the bathroom and not being able to stop what he knows is coming.
love - nnnot sure on the details yet, but harlan is gonna dream about julie, an 11-year-old girl his team saved on one of their jobs. it will be cute and happy since the rest of his dreams are Questionable. >.>

delight - (cw: secondhand embarrassment, tweens) newt is!! dreaming about a concert!!! he was in a band (called... the black velvet rabbits....... he's so fucking lame oh my god) when he was a kiddo, so he's gonna be PUTTING ON A SWEET SHOW come jam with him or be one of his groupies since he's def a rock star in this scenario. 8)
hope - in pacrim, newt builds a pons system (the thing that lets you do the drifties) out of garbage, so he'll be dreaming about doing that in his lab back at the shatterdome. it's a hope dream because newt is doing a science to save the world!!!! no one on earth has more hope than him.
fear - hey kaiju are really scary??? newt's gonna dream about otachi trying to get at him, but it'll be a bit different than how it goes down in the movie. i was thinking more like the mako flashbacks? newt playing hide and seek with otachi in an evacuated hong kong. it's just him and his kaiju girlfriend. this will be fine and not scary at all!!!!
