As an initial note for everyone who he will be visiting and for anyone who may visit Atem's dreams, he will not look like he currently does in game right now, in most of his dreams (not all, maybe), he will look like his ancient self, just because it is who he truly is. I'm sorry these are the gayestexamples I could find, yep they are the same person, so you can see the differences.
Rage Gonna have Atem doing some Pharaoh stuff, judging bandits, general "evil" people. Look, Atem isn't exactly prone to rage (unless your name is Bakura and you're breaking the damn rules!), but I couldn't fit this anywhere else. He'll get serious, he'll get a little mad because these people trying to mess with the peace they have fought so hard to obtain, and he ultimately decides who lives and who dies... So, Rage. Either the visitor will be the judged one (by his Priests while he just observes), or they can play part in deciding if Atem lets the judged live or die. Your call. Thing here is that, his Priests are able to see the darkness in people's souls, so YEAH! FUN TIMES HADRIEL!
Delight. Gonna have Atem dreaming of home, and that's ancient Egypt. Reminiscing old times when he was just a young prince and was a terrible child (and by terrible I mean adorable). Happy days.
Confusion. Whoever enters this dream may deal with dark stuff as they will basically enter to what used to be Atem's soul room before he found out his name. If you watched Labyrinth, that's pretty much what you're getting. An endless labyrinth of staircases, doors and deadly traps. Inside are many other rooms that no one knows what they might lead to, not even Atem himself. This room is the physical representation of Atem's soul and the turmoil he went through when trying to find out who he was. And no, there is was no Nintendo... In this dream he will not remember his name and he will have his modern looks.
These might change, truth to be told, but it's a general idea.
