The Null weapons will not work on them entirely- the weapons are designed to shake apart the separate particles of an energy being through superheated vibrations. Therefore, if turned onto the Null, the weapons would likely slow them down a bit, but would not be able to kill them... at least, not within any reasonable amount of time.
