Hi, I'm Mal and I'm brand new to the game! I'm bringing Kylo Ren from the Star Wars franchise, coming in fairly early for him, just after the encounter with Rey on the forest world of Takodana, which means a clean slate cr-wise from the TDM (sorry guys!) but at least he'll have his handy-dandy face bucket, and will probably be marginally less grumpy without the big hole in his side.

I am very excited to toss him into the fray, yes. It'll help him adjust to the confusion a little better with something to focus on beyond dwelling on where the hell he is and how the hell he got there. I'm sure words will be had and stuff flung about dramatically as is his favorite way to respond to this sort of thing.

Hi, hi! What a neat spread of characters. It has been an absolute age since I read the Silmarillion but it seems like Hadriel has a really great Tolkien cast, which is really interesting.

Of course, of course. I'd like to say grandson will be more agreeable at his current canon-point but is he ever really agreeable? He is definitely going to be surprised by Anakin, who is...must be at least six years his junior? So, so weird. But good for him, I think, and amusing for me.

Oh everyone loves nearly immortal Elves! Celebrimbor is blessed to have a lot of his family, which has helped him deal with the whole making rings of power thing.

It'll be odd, but Anakin is very serious when it comes to family. Kylo won't know what to do with someone so loyal to him and his happiness!

I'm sure. From the perspective of a craftsman I could see how he would have enjoyed the challenge in making something like the three rings, and yet at the same time you have what followed and how he would have to reconcile with that.

Ha. Plus side of all this is we'll probably see Kylo legitimately speechless. Because this is not at all what he expected.
