Hello all! My name is Shade and today I am bringing into the game Ushahin Dreamspinner, a character from a kind of obscure book series called The Sundering. It's basically a perspective flip of The Lord of the Rings series, so Ushahin was a powerful servant of the supposed evil god's side. He's half-man, half-Ellyl (basically an elf), and completely insane, so have fun with that. He's coming in from the end of the book series, so everyone he's ever known is dead and all he's got going for him are a magical raven and a dagger that can wound & kill immortals. Have fun, play nice with him (or not, that's fun too!), and please check out his permissions post, because his powers are quite extensive.

Just that he's actually about 500 and the way in which he views, interprets and interacts with the world is rather ....special. Hi, I'm Kira and I'm bringing in Muscovy, the nation who will one day become Russia. He's from the late 1300s and a CR AU from Eachdraidh and Ataraxion. Due to this, he looks a bit different from canon: His hair is longer and braided to sit snugly against his head and decorated with red stones, and his only piece of clothing/equipment that is still from canon is his scarf. His ideas about friendship have also changed somewhat, he's learned some healing magic, fighting skills and acquired two fairies, Sketto and Pityo.



His favourite hobbies are stalking people and keeping potential friends (or current friends/family) from being silly. Everyone is a potential friend.

Meet Sasha from the Borderlands series; specifically Tales From The Borderlands where she is one half of a con-artist pair of sisters, the other half of which is already in Hadriel; Fiona! (also her will-they-won't-they love interest Rhys and Cool Nerd Friend Vaughn). She is a con artist and expert at setting up marks by flirting the fuck out of them and handing off fake Vault keys to sell for literal millions of dollars before she skips town.

Also submachine guns. They're her babies.

He's an old (36 whoa ancient) weird looking guy who really likes numbers. And does not know that other guy at all. ... No, OK, so he's from Pacific Rim and does the maths/coding/physics. He's also pretty into A.I. He does really like numbers and is comparatively much less fond of people. Uses numbers to distance himself. Super into distance and titles. Kind of grouchy. Especially around that other guy.

Also dragged in from the dead game Haven with all that CRAU attached. Totally by happenstance (fo realz), I happened to have inactive spells during most of the scarring events, so he's largely just scary thin thus weirder looking, this guy didn't need to lose weight/starve. It made him rely on other people a little more? But also have a bit of a complex about being useful? Lol since he probably won't be able to do much here either, gon be all like.²

but seriously it weirdly cracks me up that we are expressly allowed to code apps on the phones, he's almost literally that guy who coded shit for the CERN Hadron Collider then went on to code horse apps.

anyway, quickly about me -- I just finished my first year of law school and am presently interning for a judge so I'll be around EST late evenings and weekends, mostly. That will also explain why if you go more than a week back on my plurk³ it'll be basically dead for a year, oops.

Hi everyone!

I'm Nikki, and I am new here! I'm bringing with me Newt Geiszler from Pacific Rim with some CRAU stuff from a horror game called Haven that closed a while back. Newt is really good at building things out of what amounts to scrap, being really annoying, and constantly getting himself into trouble. From his time in Haven he has some pretty visible scars and physical differences which can be glanced at over here under the "physical" tab. (Warnings for gore, torture, and general gross stuff if you decide to venture into any of the links.)

He'll be coming in with his reluctant other half, Hermann Gottlieb, and they kind of do this back and forth thing sometimes. And by sometimes, I mean a lot. This might also happen in someone else's journal, not just theirs, however we do our best to ask first before we inflict their ridiculousness on anyone. If you'd like to opt-out of them doing their weird "I have to comment on everything this guy says!!!!" thing ahead of time, however, please do so over here and we'll make sure to avoid it. That doesn't mean we won't have any CR with you ever!! It just means that we'll keep them from having a go at each other in your poor hapless post.
