hey i'm ace, i'm new to hadriel and excited to be here. :^) i'm bringing along two jackasses from one piece; the first here is doflamingo, aka doffy, a pirate warlord known as a shichibukai who usurped the throne of dressrosa. he's horrible, just the worst.

the second is ichiji ( sparkingvalkyrie  ) and he, too, is horrible and just the worst. he's the first-born prince of a nation called germa, and is engineered to be apathetic and emotionless, but he's just a regular bully and ruthless mercenary when you get past the "royals should act like royals" stuff.

anyway i'm still fixing up journals and such for the both of them so i can get up proper warnings and such, but it'll be done soon. hmu @ discord ( magicant#0246 ) or plurk ( sleightpunk ) for plotting or whatever, really. >:)c

Hello hello Hadriel and to all the new folks awaiting the intro log tomorrow! ☆ I'm Amanda, and I play my OC here, Kiran Anthony. The tl;dr for him is that he's a magical boy with some pretty big emotional problems, but he has a heart of gold underneath all his teenage angst. (If you're curious, you can read his app here!) I'm posting to ask everyone to fill out a permissions post regarding one of his powers.

You see, he's been in the game since November, but he's only just realized that he can draw magic off of other people - an ability of his that he previously thought was not usable in Hadriel, due to how magic works in his canon. But long story short, he discovered he could do it when fighting Caedra in the recent demon plot, so now instead of waiting for his magic powers to slowly regenerate over time, he's gonna feel a lot more tempted to steal other people's magic - including yours!

So if your character has magic powers or uses magic in some way, please head over to this permissions post to let me know what you're okay with when it comes to Kiran stealing power from their magic reserves, or any possible side-effects that such a thing might cause. (And you can follow me on plurk at lazdo if this concept gives you plotting ideas you'd like to explore?)

Hi folks, I'm Kris and I'm brand new to the game! I've been admiring the game from afar for a while and finally had the nerve to app in. I'm bringing you Damien Scott from the somewhat more obscure series that aired a few years ago on Cinemax: Strike Back. In a nutshell, it's a show about badass dudes fighting terrible people and blowing things up a lot. Damien specifically works with Section 20, which is an elite British government military black ops counter-terrorism unit.

Despite the seriousness of his work, Damien is actually a fairly laid-back and fun-loving guy. He can roll with things pretty well. He's very, very flirtatious, loves people, alcohol, motorcycles, and um, "extracurricular activities." ;) He doesn't take life seriously all that often, but his flippant attitude sort of masks a lot of ghosts and things that haunt him from his past. He can be pretty crude at times and coming from anyone else, it would probably get super obnoxious, but somehow he's just so lovable (he thinks/hopes) that it all balances out. XD

Hi all, I'm Rin!

I'm brand new to Hadriel, and I thought I'd give it a whirl via an awkward hippy with too many tattoos who sucks at talking. This is Keyleth from that show that people with sense avoid-- Critical Role. She's an impulsive young half-elf with a knack for nature magic, shapeshifting, and day drinking so hopefully I can facilitate any kind of CR! I encourage trolling and messing with her if you are so inclined-- she's overly friendly and rather naive.

She's from quite early in canon but I am familiar with the full campaign and I don't mind Keyleth hearing all about her future. Please PM me or hit up her dropbox if you have any questions, concerns, or plot ideas.

Hi, everyone! My name is Elizabeth and I'm super excited to be bringing in Aegon Targaryen Jon Snow from a little-known TV show called Game of Thrones that absolutely nobody watches! I also incorporate as much material as I can from the equally obscure books that the series is based on, A Song of Ice and Fire.

Jon is one of the protagonists of the show. He's a super kind, honorable, somewhat angsty guy who's been through a lot, including war, the death or scattering of much of his family, his own murder and resurrection, and the knowledge that he's soon going to have to confront a huge army of ice zombies that can't be killed with conventional weapons. He has no idea whatsoever that he has the best existing claim on the titular Iron Throne (he was deposed from it before he was even born), and has recently been made king of the separatist neighboring kingdom where he was raised as his uncle's "bastard son" for his own protection. ("The North" is more or less fantasy medieval Northern England and Scotland.)

Game of Thrones is pretty convoluted, so if you want to know more, here's his app. He's coming from the end of 7x02, when he's left his "half-sister" Sansa to run his kingdom as he goes to seek an alliance with Daenerys. Jon is a capable fighter and will probably be interested in joining the Guard.

Also, a quick note: while Jon is a genuinely good person, even he has killed something like 50+ people (mostly in combat, but also a few executions), and his tags will typically sometimes have some violent or potentially squicky references. Hi everyone! I'm Tam, new to the game and bringing in Angel from Borderlands, Handsome Jacks' daughter and best kept secret. She's a well spoken tech-head (kinda literally) but has spent the last 10 years give or take in secluded captivity with Jack as her main source of company (bad) so expect some pretty high levels of social awkwardness and getting used to living outside over-familiar walls from her!
