Rosen will be the hardest hit of my characters this event. He is essentially 80% regret, 10% grumpy, 10% bleeding heart. So if you'd like to have your character hear horrible confessions or be subject to Rosen's inability to deal with his regrets, please let me now.
Whistler will likely go into hiding because he's an idiot having a crisis. If you'd like to have your character (who cannot be Julie because reasons :P ) help him hide, let me know!
Delmar is available. He has a lot of regrets, but mostly of the 'i've disappointed people / i wish the person I am didn't make so many people so unhappy" type way. As well as the 'missed opportunities because of how afraid i was" way. If you would like delmar for anything let me know.
Semiyon ...uh....regrets very little in life :| Except not finding love. Cuz he's a lonely old man. But he has no regrets about being a money laundering, people kidnapping mobster. That's just par for the course.
