I am open to all sorts of plotting. Hit me up on plurk (@phasers) or here if you wanna plan stuff! Here are some ideas/options I had for Cash:
Panem
District 1 D1 is known for making luxury goods (wine, furs, jewelry, etc etc), and is comparatively well off compared to other districts (especially Katniss's home of D12). D1 is warm and dry but beautiful - an oasis in the desert. Beyond the areas people live is isolated desert for many miles. Some areas of interest: the Games training academy which officially "doesn't exist" and the town square where you can find festivals as well as the annual Games celebration that welcomes the winner on their tour. You might also wander through the grape fields, or any of the workshops producing luxury goods. Whether you want to help train at the academy or just take in the sights, D1 is a busy place with a lot going on.
The Capitol Join the mentors for the Hunger Games! Free food and booze, and watching children get killed on television while also trying to win them sponsorships. If you wander too far out of the mentor areas, you're likely to be recognized and approached by Capitol citizens for photos or an autograph, etc.
"The Hotel" (CRAU) Cashmere arrived in Hadriel with CRAU, so you could also experience the abandoned hotel. There don't appear to be any employees, but there's a decent breakfast buffet spread, and if your room is messy and you leave it, you'll return to find it nicely tidied. All the exterior doors are locked, but there is access to a small courtyard where it's always raining. You can explore the dusty hotel, play some card games, or try (and fail) to find a way out.
