allow me now to point you towards his permissions post as he uses charm person a lot, even on friends, because hes utterly terrible. his class also involves self harm as an aspect of combat because he's a weirdo blood hunter, so if that is an issue for you i recommend commenting there. lastly, he comes with major spoilers for episode 26 and prior of the second campaign of critical role, because hes arriving after a certain something happens because im also utterly terrible.

he doesnt use the charm spell for every situation but he definitely uses it on occasion if he feels like itll get him what he wants but yes, charm-off with a vampire, what could go wrong

nope, no worrying, he will absolutely nip that in the bud, he doesnt do it out of self hatred, he quite likes himself, thank you. its just very useful when your blood enchants sharp things to hit harder with magic damage. ignore the.... very many scars around his neck/shoulders/chest.

i mean mechanically once the magic fades (and he can choose to dispel it at any time) he regains the HP he loses from activating it, but hes literally never been shown to do anything but like. leave the cuts there. thats probably why they HAVE PRETTY MUCH ALL SCARRED....

i mean im sure they close up when the cleric heals the party but that usually only happens when he gets hit by other things too since... the HP comes back.

does caedra speak infernal btw or just abyssal, itd be funny if she did and heard him use vicious mockery because in using it he speaks infernal in an intimidating way to scare the target, but the only reason he even forms sentences at all in canon is because another member of his party speaks infernal, he is such a bullshitter

ahhhh yeah I GUESS THE SPOILER WAS FANDOM SHAKING ENOUGH AT THIS POINT THAT ITS HARD TO AVOID. i personally was spoiled quite a bit for mollys backstory before i ever got into cr2, and ive been spoiled for EVERYTHING in cr1 despite only being just on the back edge of vasselheim in my viewing of that, but yeah i know some people are more concerned about it!!! i just wanted to make sure.
