+1 scruffy hobo werewolf

Hey all this rui, who played Gansey like five hot minutes ago and now plays this dumb kid. Peter Rumancek is a scruffy, drinking, smoking, pickpocketing 19 year old gypsy with a questionable sense of fashion and a more questionable taste in best friends who also happens to be a werewolf. His canon is Hemlock Grove, which is either an eccentric novel or a Netflix show of deeply varying and more than occasionally questionable quality, but I love him anyway. He's from partway through season 2, for those of you familiar with the show. Gots a question! Okay, a few of 'em.

Amos, my OC, has the ability to telepathically talk to animals. (More info here) He can't exactly talk to weres, but he can sorta get a faint sense of their more animalistic thoughts, in either form, and he'd be able to tell just from not being able to "hear" wolf-thoughts that Peter's wolf-form is not an actual wolf. Do you think that'd be something you'd be okay with?

If not, then I can always make up a reason Amos can't "hear" Peter.

Amos is actually pretty okay with weres, he's known a few of them in his own world, and generally has no problems with them, unless they're trying to eat him. In which case he has a really big problem.

Oh. He also always carries his rosary, which has a silver crucifix on it, no idea if Peter's got an aversion to silver.

That's fine! Peter as a wolf doesn't quiiiite look like a real wolf. He's big, for one, and his fangs are larger and almost feline instead of canine, to the point where they fang out beneath his upper lip a little bit. He's clearly a wolf but he's also clearly not a normal wolf, if that makes sense. (I use real wolf icons because the CGI wolves in the show don't do much for me)

Peter won't try to eat Amos! He canonically lacks the bloodlust traditionally associated with werewolves, although he will attack when threatened. Looks like a superpredator, would really prefer to be sniffing things and peeing on trees. If anything, he'd rather avoid humans altogether during his transformation, although bah to that. He also has no reaction to silver whatsoever. He wears it.
