All righty so here I am, brand new to the community. My name's Leigh and I bring to you a British blond boy who only remembers like, two years of his life and out of those two years of life has learned to hate his life so much that he's tried to kill himself and was left with this limp that he totally never thinks about (haha no that's a lie). On top of that he's got a disease ticking away in his brain that gets worse under stress.

So naturally, Hadriel is the optimal place for this kid to be.

Newt is a 17-18 (presumably) year old boy from the series The Maze Runner. I've taken him from the end of The Scorch Trials with a bit of attention to detail paid for The Death Cure since the whole Flare virus is kind of inevitable end for Newt.

Overall though, despite my miserable introduction of him, he's actually a really friendly and generally kind person. He doesn't seethe sorrow and most people would probably be pretty surprised to find out what a bottomless pit of despair his heart actually is. He's too busy making sure everyone else is doing okay.

The Maze Runner is a relatively dark and occasionally graphic canon. There can be multiple instances of reference to questionable content like violence or mental disorders so if you have any known triggers, feel free to leave a comment over here. I also don't have a Plurk but if anyone is interested in plotting or anything at all, I'm always open to PMs or even chatting up on this post.

AJFHSF YES ACTUALLY I'm already impressed. Good on you, good job. Yeah the movies were pretty great! I combine book and movie tbh so it's like a margarita of sad kids.

I haven't watched Badlands yet but I've been meaning to. I mean, swords, right?

I highly recommend it! The world is very neat. Plus the first season is super short (6 eps) so it's easy to get through.

No, not yet! I'm sure it'll get added in the near future since Netflix has other AMC stuff. If you have access to cable, then AMC lets you stream it from their website, though.

Ummm the yummiest clearly. Werewolves and amnesiacs team a-go. He's just gonna herd Peter into his mental group of Safe People Worth Protecting.

Peter will teach him important life lessons like how hammocks and beer are awesome and that there's always something to see over the next hill. Maybe Newt can teach Peter to comb his hair, too.

...maybe. It's a long shot, to be honest.

Hammocks are already practically Newt's life blood that's all he slept in for the pathetic twoish years of his life. And yeah beer will probably taste better than whatever poor excuse for alcohol he was having before. They can chill in hammocks and drink and bond.

The combing hair thing though- that. That Newt will definitely show him.

It's the getting him to actually do the combing that's a challenge. At least he must occasionally trim his face or he'd be a mountain man by now.

It definitely has some really interesting concepts and between the books and movies it paints a pretty awesome world. I violently love Until Dawn. I just got done playing it for the uh...sixth time oops. Chris is fantastic. It's a pleasure to meet you Ami. I'm excited to play with you. I think Newt will actually really like Chris right off the bat, I can see him reminding him of some of his friends.
