Maine has his combat A.I. (Sigma), who has spent a whole lot of time creating scenarios/code to psychologically torture other A.I.s. Soooooo Sigma can help out with any last-minute coding or uploading the virus, if push comes to shove. (More about Halo-verse A.I.s can be found here, for anyone who's curious.)

That aside, Maine is basically a walking tank and will happily murder anyone or anything that tries to keep [Name] from doing its job. Great guardian! Good times!
