Hello, Hadriel!

I'm Ana, brand new to the game, bringing in Pellaz Cevarro from the 80's fantasy novel series Wraeththu. It's about the survival of a new species in an apocalyptic future, full of war and love and magic and purple prose and all that good stuff. Pell is a magic user with affinities for healing and lighting things on fire, so hopefully he'll be making himself useful in Hadriel. And making friends! He's a sweetie.

I was teenaged in the 1980s is why. Now I'm wondering if I want to reread them. They definitely had some problems but I did really enjoy the character dynamics.

Let me know if you do want to re-read, they're pretty hard to come by these days.

I think it was Terzian/Cobweb I was most fascinated by, back then.

Interesting is a good word for it, that's for sure. It's got some issues and I'm not kidding about the purple prose, but I love the characters to bits. Let me know if you decide to read and I can point you the right way. They're hard to find.
