We can just do as two people do with two different canon points. Have Tony not get that Steve has a year or two on him (maybe bug him about being even OLDER OMG) and Steve can just be Steve. If you'd rather him not mention Ultron stuff or 'GODDAMN STARK', I'm cool with keeping that in his brainpan.

As for the TDM, since they're supposed to be sucked in via portal and dumped in an arena, I'm not sure if that specific heart-scenario works for that? But I'm happy to have them play out in the intro post, or meet up later and be all "Yeah, I totally knew you were here."
