+1 harmless idiot??

I don't have a gif. I have gif inadequacy. I'm Kaye ([plurk.com profile] elegiae), and this is Gojyo from Saiyuki, which is a one-million-years-old-and-still-going manga about four guys on a divinely-ordained road trip to prove that fate is wrong and dumb.

None of those things are topics he's likely to bring up, though. Topics he may bring up include:
  • the relative importance of useless observations
  • casual betting on not-casual situations
  • hey buddy how much do you think you can drink before you pass out
  • whether actually carrying an extra lighter, or an extra anything, is overkill and for nerds
  • girls girls girls
  • and other frivolity!

Basically he's an official deckhand on the bad ship Questionable Decisions, and he'll probably encourage everyone to join him there because irresponsibility loves company. He might also low-key adopt any kids wandering around. He's not even a little bit shy, so I apologize for all the stupid things he will inevitably and perhaps immediately say.

I'm just going to sit here and chinhands at Gojyo. And wish him so much luck at any attempt to any kind of adopt Ai. She's kind of a handful. and a teen so that probably dis1ualifies her as adoptable now that I think about it.

She can be quite the damsel in distress. A very loud, very sassy, very huge pain in the rear damsel in distress.

Oh I remember just how much of an awful person he can be. I will always love him anyway, let me just envision the terrible trainwreck that Ai meeting Gojyo could be.
