I'm Spazzy, and I'm bringing you Victor Talbot. He's an immortal who thinks his job is to force all the other immortals and most people to follow the laws and be good people. Somehow this goes hand and hand.



He's a bit of a jerk but he does care about the well being of people, mostly innocent people. Honestly, if all the other immortals would stop doing horrible things, stop being criminals or just stop being bad people Victor would be a lot more chill. That's a lie, he'd always be like this.

Oh, yeah, and I'm taking him from the 1930's.

Well, yes. Everyone who doesn't agree with Muscovy is just wrong ^-^ but sometimes people have silly ideas and then you have to try to explain it to them.
