So Bianca is getting her murder on for Mello, as of last Saturday (July 16), and he'll be resurrected as of last Sunday (July 17) - which is the City Guard's best bet at apprehending him, like they've been talking about since he got his murder on with Sharon last month. I'm looking for two, possibly three of Hadriel's finest who would be interested in hanging around Hope's temple to manhandle Mello into submission in a (backdated) log post. Please inquire within!!

I'm happy to be involved -- Hotspur can (magically ~~and the old fashioned way~~) stun with his shield, he's perfectly happy to be rough and he has Hope's blessing if there's need of healing. Pommel blow to the head is a legit arresting technique if Mello is especially annoying, right?

It'll only be by blunt means, at least? And anything worse than bruising will get healed up after, at HQ. If Mello merely resists without being a genuine threat then it'll be limited to grappling (I mean, it's still grappling in full plate), but worse than that -- i.e. shooting at them -- will get actual striking etc., though his sword will remain sheathed.

It's almost a pity they don't have stocks.

Once Mello is apprehended, if he doesn't give up then he'll quite literally just be dragged along without a care for comfort. I mean, unless you really want him knocked out.

i don't think knocking out will be necessary - is the plan still to take away his phone and say he'll get it back once he's done the community service thing? he could be reasoned with, even though he'll be a belligerent asshole about it at first. he downloaded chris' emergency button app and set it to report to near, and his thought would be that since he went radio silent for a few days before he was killed, one of the guard might use that to draw near out, which mello does not want.

Taking his phone was Nick's suggestion, but just wanted to note that he'll agree with whatever his bosses decide to go with in terms of punishment. o7
