Arya's time in zombie cave hell will be divided into three parts:
1. Badass medieval-style zombie decapitation. Arya has become quite the monster hunter and she ain't about to stop now. 2. Bitten by a zombie. Most of those zombies are a lot bigger than she is, and eventually she'll get in a situation where she's completely overwhelmed and bitten by one (or maybe more than one idk yet.) There'll be a 24 hour period where she's being slowly consumed by the virus before... 3. Arya Stark becomes a creepy child zombie and terrorizes the city until the event finishes and she's revived.
