THE RUNDOWN

Keepsakes! Everybody loves keepsakes! Whether they're yours or someone else's, valuable or one-man's-trash type of scenario, they're always fun to find and share and treasure and destroy as you will. On October 15th, Hope and Delight's meddling with the Door means that you get all sorts of things you might recognize popping out all over the place in Hadriel! Something that reminds you of home, a picture of a loved one, a treasured teddy bear... or hey, something with bad memories attached. Or maybe something you don't really care about at all - or you didn't think you did.

Keepsakes can be objects from your character's home world and will show up in random places along the city. Just because a certain item is tied to you does not necessarily mean that it's going to show up at your feet- it could wind up at your neighbor's, or hanging from a tree in the orchard, or in Rage's Temple. Or maybe you just didn't get one... hope you weren't searching for too long!

THE DETAILS

Characters may have a total of two keepsakes enter the city, whether they find them or not. They should be something that has some sort of connection to the character, but that connection doesn't have to be a positive one! It could be something that makes them think of a bad time in their life or something they feel entirely neutral about. Small, unobtrusive, non-magical items (such as jewelry, a book, a letter, a CD) do not require mod permission and you're free to assume that they were brought in!

For large, valuable, dangerous, or magical items, we request that you fill out the form below, comment here and we will make decisions on a case-by-case basis. While we allow for two total keepsakes, we ask that each character only get one of these larger items. Thank you, and happy shopping!

i am "blind" HUUUGE quote marks to Armand's canon, i read the book once upon a time 324830928 years ago and of course watched the movie, hmm are they related at all? or... idk too different? 8(

hahah well in the vc universe some of the vampires wrote books about their lives so the book "Interview with the Vampire" exists and is about Louis, Lestat, Claudia, and Armand. Louis describes Armand and their conversations in this book

The movie is really close to everything that happens in book verse! (Only Armand isn't a 30 year old Antonio Banderas, he's suppose to be 17 and "angel" like. Womp womp.) As far as I know the IWTV movie doesn't exists in Armand's world. Is this making sense? Damn you anne rice for your forth wall shenanigans. >:(
