And then we ruined your lives
Alllrighty then! Is everyone having fun, tormenting your characters etc etc?
Because we are about to make it a whole lot worse.
Bianca has had the wonderful idea of using Sharon's ability to call Silent Hill to attempt for bigger and better things, by roping Kate into creating an object that will channel and enhance Sharon's summoning! This means that Silent Hill is getting turned up to Eleven, with monsters getting even more powerful and bloodthirsty, and giving Sharon control over the Otherworld! Funtimes for everyone. This will be occurring around the 18th or 19th of the month until Hope manages to limit it.
And by limit it, we mean you'll have a permanent pocket of Silent Hill in Hadriel! The mods will be informing you all about that when the Resurrection OOC post goes up.
The world is about to get a little more graphic, with a few more monsters, and everything is beefier than you are. The monsters within are going to start to need more damage done to them to get them down on the ground, and even then, they're bound to get up unless you stomp them really good into the ground.
Leave a puddle, just in case.
Good old Pyramid Head will still be around, but he's not all that into leaving everyone alone now. You've been inside the temples? Well, buddy, he's got a giant knife with your name on it. And he's probably on great terms with the Torturedemon (see comments), so be aware of that. (Someone should totally boss fight them, where my heroes at?)
The whole world will get exponentially darker, with much of the ground turning to patchwork metal or concrete. The metal grid style floors will give anyone who looks down a look into what appears to be hell. There's fire down there, and metal beams, and it seems to just go on, and on. I wouldn't fall in any of the holes, if I were you.
There's more blood, more gore, more strange symbols. If the Otherworld gave you the shivers before, you should probably keep to the temples for the next day or two! They will remain safe, although the areas surrounding them will likely face the wrath of angry monsters.
